Two different accounts

It seems that i have two different accounts. I do not remember making two yet there they are. Problem is that my current account has the POE1 toon and nothing else. I cannot find my POE 2 toons. Please help'

Hi there, this may have occured if you've recently connected your Path of Exile account to a third-party platform such as Steam or Epic, and had an existing account connected to that Steam or Epic account. This would have likely added that as a sub-account. More information about this system can be found here. Additionally, as xjjanie mentioned, I'm afraid that Path of Exile 2 characters are not yet viewable via the website interface.

Can this be corrected? I am having the same issue while trying to purchase the game for my son on the xbox, while I am on pc.
