Main Account Locked

Main account was locked. Stating "your account has been locked. Contact ggg support". I have contacted support but like many others I only got a initial reply and no information or progress. I would like to invite a REAL F@#@ING person from support to dm me and hopefully look into the issue. No public release from ggg regarding all these locked accounts is bulls@#$. I've made a support ticket and have not sent another. Don't bother replying if it's automated. Are any employees from support actually active and respond?!?!
I've had my main account linked to my steam profile since beta, I purchased the early access key and many stash tabs directly from steam and within in game purchase overlay. I've never rmt'd in 14 years of poe franchise. I've never had a charge back. I update my location with login using the steam 2fa. There's ZERO REASON my account should be locked. EVEN IF I CAN'T BE HELPED AT THIS TIME, CAN WE PLEASE GET SOME INFORMATION ON WHY MY ACCOUNT AND MANY OTHER ACCOUNTS ARE BEING LOCKED FOR NO REASON?!?! Last bumped on Feb 3, 2025, 10:24:51 PM

Can you at least say if there's a common reason that is causing all these lock outs? That there's a solution being worked on? I have seen no public messages about accounts being locked. Only that there was a breach previously. My steam account was not affected by the breach. So for some "unknown" reason, accounts are being locked.

I'm not just locked out of path of exile 2. I can't even login to path of exile, the website, I can't see any information.
