Support ticket progression log 31/12/24
for context i sent ticket regarding mtx ps5 & pc
when i got asked for information i went extra mile and provided extra info such as acc name / characters paypal & 4digits steam purchase id 1st ticket 31/12/24 no respone. 2nd ticket 05/01/25 got reply within 4 days requesting additional info which was provided within 6min. 3rd ticket 18/01/25 no respone 4th ticket 04/02/25 via diffrent email. got respone within 10minutes requesting additional info... welp.. good luck trying contacting GGG i give up Last edited by Hellienne#8888 on Feb 3, 2025, 6:52:42 PM Last bumped on Feb 3, 2025, 6:38:33 PM
