Account locked for unknown reason 24H ago.
I was kicked out of the game 24H ago and my main account was locked since then
Main account:Replica13x#5070 Ive contacted support that requested addition information 5 minutes after the initial mail, witch i did and up till now no farther help or answear. from what I see there are people here waiting for months for the support to help them with the same issue as I have now with no bright light or a solution. Dear GGG, account costs money especialy those that are here for the EA of POE2. Blocking the account with no comentery or no mail completly for the site, forum and everything else is a pretty harsh soloution as creating an additional account to contact some one here is a mess(and no i had no choice as support wont respond) can we get some clarification regarding blocked accounts and will they get any attention in the near decade at least? there is 0 patiens and 0 understanding on the incompetence of the support at GGG.
this is no longer an indie studio and should take responsibility for account blocking as atleast send a mail with reason and time of the account block period so we will understand what is going on. And atleast leave us the site and forum access instead of choking us to dead mail conversation instead of a proper support ticket submition like most gaming companies do int he industry! |
