Game crashed after (almost) completing lvl76 Inscribed Ultimatum

Right after killing the last boss in a lvl 76 Trial of Chaos, started moving towards the rewards... and the game died.. couldn't get the ascendancy points that I worked hard for.. Is there any way to get them after a crash like that? I don't care about the items that I lost, I'd just like my ascendancy points :'(
