What this event tells us...

1. The fact that it was not announced in the "we're sorry" video means it is reactionary and they were not planning on doing it. Which is sad because I personally feel like if they had announced this in that video the whole vibe in the community would have been different. People would still be mad but at least there would have been a bone thrown to the people really looking forward to POE1 content. This just shows more mismanagement and lack of understanding their player base that this was not planned from the start.

2. It being a month long and not starting yet, and assuming they wont want it to collide with 0.2.0. Means most likely 0.2.0 is like 2 months out.

3.The event being a cobbled together "bad ideas", which I'm assuming they are because they never made it into a league, means the game will almost certainly be broken and unbalanced. Which is fine because that is the state of POE2 except this will be POE1 and still be fun to play.

4. Silver lining: They know they fucked up, they know we are not happy, they are trying to make it better. They are at least listening to the community. This is a good thing and I hope they learned from this whole situation.
