These are copy pasta response ;). They will not tell you otherwise cause it would be anty customer service. I know because I work in IT customer service industry. These kind of response are just default response cause they have to answer something

Only mods are responding. The rest are radio silencing since the "after" christmas patch. If you think a copy pasta is a justification as "canned response" then you are living in a dream. So far after the big patch no one is telling jack s***t.

It is still total radio silence to everyone today.

You can't have EA players spending free time on bugs reporting for a year or so if there's nobody on the other side of the line . Won't work .
