Help!! Incinerate + Envenom

Does anyone know how to make Envenom work on Incinerate? I can't seem to inflict poison even though I have envenom support equipped on my incinerate spell

Envenom says poison on hit. (All poisons needs to be from hit)

Incinerate does not hit enemies.
Additionally poison only comes from hits doing chaos or physical damage, unless you have something that allows other damage types to apply poison.

If you want ignite to do chaos damage you can use "Blackflame Amethyst Ring".

If you want skill that hit enemies, for example "Flameblast" to apply poison you either need to convert the damage to physical or chaos or use a item that allows Fire damage to apply poison.

This item will let fire damage able to apply poison:

This item will convert fire damage to chaos, and chaos can apply poison:

You will still need to have % chance to poison (Envenom, passives etc).

I'm already using Blackflame amethyst ring on incinerate I just want to make envenom work on incinerate spell itself since currently it is useable on that spell. However even with the Blackflame Amethyst ring the incinerate spell does not inflict poison with the envenom support gem
