Game crashed now muted

I was trying to trade for map tablets (I use my phone because I’m on consol) when I looked back at my screen I noticed my game was froze, it then fully crashed. When I reloaded the game it told me (could not connect to PlayStation network) once it finally loaded up I made a trade and tried to thank the person and now I am muted. I’ve noticed on the forum people on PlayStation specifically having the same issue. Please fix this or being able to chat for no reason is a major let down. I have not broken TOS once.
