Poe2My acount does not exist and i have both games /filter object does not work

All start in object filter not working so i go on website from ps5(i have ps4 with same acount ) and i can see only poe1 characters, and my monk appears only in the main /comerce shop when i try to fix the problem says the i dont have Poe2 and i cant do anything help plz. Another problem is when i come to sell item the shadow of map is restart at all
