How to check that mail is even recived?

Heyho dear Support-Team,
since you your last update to poe1 im getting very nervous that will miss that cause i still didnt get my account unlocked. Everytime i read here in the Forum that we need to wait. I Get that. But what i dont get is, if my mail is even in the que or not. So do i wait but would recive any help cause you just didnt get my mail? So would you pls so kindly and look if you got a mail from my mainaccountsmailadresse? [Removed by Support] I hoping that my issue will get resolved before poe1 update so i can play poe again! and yet again not a answer to what i asked.
if you cant checked that, just say it and then ok, i would have to wait anyways. but complete ignoring my question in first place at this point is kinda more then unacceptable. i will will take this to my laywer, cause that you doing atm is 100% not costumerfriendly, and there a laws against it. |
