Lightning Pylon in separate area

Act 8 Doedre fight. A rare lightning pylon mob at the entrance of the boss arena was able to spawn pylons in the boss arena. The pylons continued through the fight and dealt damage. After leaving the arena and reentering the pylons were still able to spawn.
