Audience with the King not dropping book for upgrading atlas

Hi, have ran the instance audience with the king, for 1st try it did drop the book and I got 2/10 atlas points and put points to +1 difficulty and another to the right + 1 difficulty. After the 2nd run it didn't drop any book then tried for 3rd run again and still the same. It seems this is a bug or something.
