Boss on Map and Arbitration of Ash Reset problems

Having issues with where Rare monsters appearing underneath the map and you cannot damage them to finish the map. happened 3 times on the same map. Also Up on Trying my first Arbitration Boss on hitting the retry button it send me out of the map and I could not get back in. (Please I would like my keys back so I can continue my attempts)
