Unable to go to Sekhema Trials..

I'm on my fourth character now and i forgot to pick up balbala's token before returning to the caravan. Now i am unable to enter trials of the sekhema. I tried rerunning the zone about 6 times now, and i did the zone on cruel diff. about 3 times now. I've tried taking barya's (ascendancy available) into the zone, and that didn't work either. Now i can only ascend via the chaos trials.
