POE 2 Account Locked Since Months!!

Hello, I'm in dire need of assistance! I've been waiting for months to unlock my POE 2 account, which was locked by a small mistake. I have done nothing wrong!
I contacted Support via mail multiple times over the past few months, yet they either repeat to me the same questions after I gave already more than enough of personal information regarding my account or never respond even after a month! It’s not that I’m spamming the support center and causing my ticket to be pushed back, sometimes I have waited for nearly a month before asking again! I’ve also tried reaching out from different email addresses. Meanwhile, the free version of POE 2 is about to release, yet here I'm stuck waiting indefinitely.
