Storm Orb will not work when using the Vendor Quality recipe of a level 20n Storm Orb and a Gemcutters Prisim.
Instead of a level 1 20% quality gem it offers you a wisdom scroll fragment. Last bumped on Feb 2, 2025, 12:42:05 AM

The vendor recipe no longer works with Skill Gems.
This was changed when they made the bonuses provided by quality for Skill Gems more impactful. |
