Conductivity skill gem bugged (POE 2)

I accidentally posted this here initially. I meant to post it to the POE 2 bug reports forum. Can't find a "remove post" option so here's an edit instead. Sorry.

As the title states, the skill gem Conductivity became bugged after switching around gear and readjusting values. It is not an issue with it being stat-locked, the gem description died and a freshly made Conductivity gem works just fine.

I switched around a pair of gloves (Kitovo's current to Expert intricate gloves) and added/removed a pair of rings while trying to calculate the resistances I needed to update. After doing this, a number of my skills unequipped because my dex cap for support gems had gone below what was needed to run a number of skills I had equipped. Conductivity did not have any dex support gems equipped but it was also removed from my equipped spells in the hotbar and subsequently bricked.

It can no longer be added to the spell hotbar and the spell details page takes on the traits of whatever spell was last selected. Switching between areas causes the gem's description to become more "corrupted". It seems like it might have lost its association with the Conductivity spell and is now just an empty skill gem.

I have attached a screenshot of the bugged skill desc. and a link to an unlisted youtube video demonstrating the bugged gem.

All I lost was some quality and a skill gem level so it isn't a big deal but this would probably suck if it was a gem with very high investment/corruptions.
