Account still locked

So I totally get that your "experiencing heavy load" but like what? How can it take 2 weeks to resolve an account locked issue? On top of that ive put like $800 into the game so youd think that at least get me a little priority on getting my account unlocked so I could spend more money lol if I even will at this point cause this is absurd. And yes ive contacted support and they asked for info then ghosted. I really hate to be the "mean" guy here but for real this is absolute bull to put that much money into a game for it to be decided that I just cant play.
