stuck on loading screen for 2 minutes when joining instances

For the love of God and everything else, please fix the issue where players get stuck on the loading screen for 2 minutes when joining a hideout or other instance. I keep losing trades because of this. Sigh....

" The Steam peak is like less than 10000 players. They probably don't pay enough to run empty server so that if your trade partner live in other side of the Earth, you are fucked. Also, use hideout with less decoration if you want someone load faster. Old hideout design are better.
