"Oh no there was a temporary error"

Hi,

I've tried to get help via the support chat and email but seems to be nothing but copy-paste script responses.

You guys have blocked all transaction types on your end due to some mysterious security reason that no one can explain.

I had 2 card payments that didn't go through (seems to be blocked on your end)

Then I tried PayPal and it just says I'm blocked. Now When I go to try Paypal again, the message tells me to go and try a card again instead???

Part of the support chat:

"That's fine I just want you to confirm I understand this correctly before I go. 1 you can't tell me why there is a block on my account and 2 you can't tell me how to stop is happening in the future - that's correct?"

Support Agent Response:
"You can contact us again after 48hours and inform us that you have problem with the payment. We will assist you further."

This is terrible support IMO and keep in mind it's now almost 48 hours since this happened anyway - Friday night to Sunday lunch.

How do I get some actual help?
