PC hanging when entering a zone, needing a full restart.

Hi, I'm fairly new to this game andI've been playing since around october, so a couple of months now.

Recently I updated my computer after just doing a general computer cleaning of my parts for dust, and since then POE has been hanging requiring a full PC restart when i enter new locations or even ones that i have entered before but just have not for a while.

I did a bit of googling and found out that perhaps me updating to windows 11 24H2 caused the problem.

(With some people having this issue as early as 12 days ago still, just the top comment I saw on one thread)

one of my issues is that it is past the 10 days for me to roll back the update with windows, and I rather not have to download a 3rd party iso of windows 23H2 to play this game.

all my components are seated properly, and everything is working fine, this only happens with poe.

has GGG mentioned this at all recently?

My components:

asus 3060 phoenix
asus b330m motherboard
ryzen 5 5600x 6 core processor

32gb ram:
1x 16gb samsung on one stick
2x 8gb corsair vengeance on the other sticks
1tb WD SSD

nothing is new, nothing has been changed. these are all original parts from when the PC was built.

any help / info would be appreciated :)
