I find one bad bug, the "Considered Casting" does not work to "Lightning Conduit" if I put the "Lightning Conduit" into "Cast on Shock". I hope you can pay attention to the bug.

Considered Casting boosts "skills you cast yourself".
Cast on Shock allows you to trigger a spell, instead of casting it yourself. |
