Playing acolyte of chayula. Used "Hand of Chayula" Skill to apply "Voltaic Mark" and worked fine till act 3, cruel. Now enemies seem to either have a resistance for curses or simply avoiding the hit from "Hand of Chayula" even if the gem itself states "Can't be evaded".

I can use the HoC several times on mobs, normal, magic, rare or uniques as like the Molten boss from vaal factory and it didn't apply any curs or mark I socketed into it.

I thought also about blocked hits since those can hinder us from applying curses/marks it seems, but there are alot of enemies which don't have or shouldn't have the ability to block at all.

HoC are atm on level 15, supported by a Mark skill or a Curse skill and the following support gems.

Conductivity/voltaic Mark - Chaos Mastery - Innervate

None of my items have any attribute issues since I have like at least 200 from my lowest stat since I was stat stacking. None of my used items state anything about not being able to hit, as I also didn't change any stats related to that since act 2 cruel. From Tree I only received more stats and crit chance or crit damage from act 2 to act 3, cruel.

As Asc Points I using so far "Reality Rending" and "Ravenous Doubts". Used with the "Pillar of the Caged" god quarterstaff if that is of any relevance.

EDIT: I just went into blach chambers in act 3 and the HoC seems to working fine again....
