network spikes POE 2

Hi i have a problem with randoms network spikes when play poe 2 sometimes i can play 1h 2h and dont have spike but sometimes have spikes every 5 minutes and cant complete map. In poe 1 i dont have problem and other games work well but in poe 2 i cant play sometimes. i pres F1 and my network MS was in the area 50 MS and jumps to +100MS and freezes the screan i reinstal my windows bcs i try a lot of yutube videos to fix it and nothing help. Now when start poe 2 i have information "Detected out-of-date GPU driver" but when i Instal nvidia expirience and I downloaded Gamers drivers i feel like have more Network spikes but not sure. Maybe i have problem with internet but in poe 1 and games like Rocet league League of legends i dont have problems
