GGG you are doing it right keep it up !

I fully understand the strategic development direction and focus on POE2 and it is the right choice to make !


People often discuss things as if they’re entitled to something or own it outright.
Even if PoE1 releases its best league yet in 3.26, its impact will likely remain limited to the existing PoE1 player base.

Personally, I’ve tried PoE1 multiple times, but I just can’t get into it—the graphics, the overall feel... Sure, it has more content, "obviously," but as long as POE1 is frame in all these elements that made GGG create PoE2 (because PoE1 can't be better in those aspects), we can easily conclude that PoE1 has reach its max potential.

If they literally can't afford to do it then it is what it is however, can't unspill the milk.

People are however also not being unreasonable with their requests for PoE1 to receive some support, Have some compassion Exiles.

We're all here to have a good time and none of us are less or more important than the others.

I vastly prefer PoE2 over 1, but there is nothing 'right' about failing the commitment to keep both games going.

It's poor leadership and poor business management and fails both the customers and investors.

PoE2 will not be a success story if it comes at the cost of PoE1.


GGG promised to be able to run two games in parallel, not just to you and me, but to Tencent. They overpromised and underdelivered - that's a big oof in the business world.

Every year a large portion of top 50 largest companies in the world fails to deliver on the yearly target and provide external stakeholders with a new guidance.
Let’s take a step back here, what is not ´ right’ is only what is legally punishable by law, everything else is the call of general management that are responsible to deliver a target that none of us know and have no right to know as it is not a public listed company in this situation.

Again the decision to me is correct, PoE2 is the future, nothing that they can do would elevate PoE1 further from what it is unfortunately… Even if people prefer PoE1 there is more than double that prefers PoE2 or both
