Loot is not being dropped

I’m doing Cruel difficulty and recently loaded the loot filter on my Xbox Series X. It was working great but now my loot no longer is dropping. I only get a sound effect for gemstones dropping but no name displayed, just the vertical light. I’ve tried reloading the game and various filters, even default but nothing, please help.
