Crashes, discord, and pet

Each time I log into Poe 2, at the start of opening sprogs, it stutters really bad, but prior to other previous game playing, I had no issues. Also to add, when I use discord, the game crashes to desktop completely, and lastly to add, I checked my account and it says I have an ice tiger pet for a twitch drop, but I don't know if it's for poe 1 or 2.
