Help i need to talk to support staff
Microtransaction auto confirmed purchase for items in wishlist;
the day game launched i wanted to see how a set of armor "Scarlet Clay Mage Armour Pack" looked and what would be price for each piece but when i added it to wishlist, went on to check Wishlists and the window was empty and the armor set was bought now im stuck with full set of useless skin and a -45$ worth of points; i have already tied contacting support via email right away but the only time they responded was Dec 22, 2024, 11:33 PM and have not responded since despite me trying multiple times after over each week for 3 weeks but i just dont want to sit here and not get a respond, i need help from support. Last bumped on Feb 24, 2025, 6:00:16 AM

They never reply twice.

This issue is now resolved, the support team returned the amount of points that was taken due to the bug in the in-game store day 1 of PoE2 early access.
