Account help (Early access)
I got my Early Access key from a friend and entered it into my account which is linked to my Sony Playstation account. I should note that after entering the key I was asked what platform I should use the key for and I chose Playstation 5 (the menu was selected to indicate that access was required for PlayStation). When I logged into my Playstation account, I found that in the list of games to access Path of Exile 2, I was offered to pay again.
On the 18th of December, 2024 i wrote an email to the support and on January 6, 2025 I got a reply: “We may be able to help with this. Can you please confirm for us your Path of Exile account name (including the 4-digit discriminator) and the names of a few of your characters?” to which I replied in the support email. And after that I didn't get an answer (after I replied to the support email to their questions I sent 3 emails asking them to inform me on January 10 / January 15 and January 21) but I didn't get an answer until now. After January 21, another kind note was sent on February 1. As of now, on February 6, there's still been no response. I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know when my turn will be?
