Physical Items delivery problem

My account is : Hermes33#1357, in early-mid december I bought the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack and choose to take the t-shirt, the hoodie and the art book by using my full and correct home address but I never received them. Also, I never found how to get the Extended Digital Soundtrack Download and I never got my MAPS page that I purchased from your website. I tried to reach you through mails a few times and on the 13th of December 2024 I was asked to provide some details related to my account, which I did right away, but since that date, I've been sending a few other mails but I never got any answers back from you. I can't tell you how disappointed I am, I'm one of your oldest players (since 2013) ; I love your games and I wanted to support you by buying the best support pack but I don't understand why I haven't received any mails back from you. If you have a delivery problem, I totally get it, I'm a patient person but I don't like to be ignored and have no news from you on my delibery expected dates after spending over 600 dollars (fees included). I am in the exact same boat. I ordered the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter pack, paid for shipping for the physical items, and after I heard nothing for a good while, I opened a ticket and was asked by support to confirm my address and it is now Feb, and nothing.
GGG, What I do not understand is: why can't you just give us a blanket update about physical items for the supporter packs? Are they taking longer than usual to ship? Are they back-ordered? Are only some people having this issue? We understand you are backed up with tickets from EA, but we are all paying customers that just want a simple update as to when our physical items that we paid for might ship. It has been months for some of us with no word, and all we are asking is if we can get a blanket update at the bare minimum as to when our items will ship. I can imagine some people at this point are wondering if they will even get the items they paid for and if they need to open up a dispute with their credit card companies for not receiving goods paid for. Can someone give us an update about our physical items so we do not have to all open up disputes with our credit card companies because we have failed to receive the goods we all paid for with our hard earned money? I know you all are backed up on tickets, but getting not even a blanket statement about the failure to ship the physical items we all paid for months ago to me is downright unacceptable. I am a very open and understanding person, but at some point, things like this cross over the threshold of good will and someone needs to step in and say something. What is the deal with our physical items and why haven't many of us gotten any shipping confirmation after months? |

I've sent probably three emails and countless thread bumps regarding the physical Item. I purchased the supporter pack on 2nd of december. MID January a colleague said that his package arrived. Then I remembered that I still haven't heard from GGG about mine. So I wrote an email with all the purchase details and I get questioned about the shopping address... Like dude, I gave it like three times. They haven't replied once in two weeks alredy. I just want to say that we've been told that paying for shipping will lower the waiting time. FYI I already wait more than when the shipping was free. It's the last time I give them money for this dreadful service they provide since poe2 came out.

I just initiated a chargeback, this company will not got a single cent more from me. They are dead to me, bunch of scammers. |

If we do a chargeback, how does that work? I would assume they would blacklist your account so you couldn't access PoE or any of your purchases. Will you let me know how this route goes for you? I have been pondering about doing the same.

Solution:
Realize and move on. I just gave up about 2 weeks ago. There are other games which want to be played. I’m done with the game and GGG. IF I’m getting any response to where my hoodie is I’ll gladly tell them I wouldn’t want to wear it and I’d threw into trash. The ONLY way GGG can unf***k this situation to me is refunding all my money, giving me temporalis, astramwntis and then softly asking me if I’d like their signed artbook, shirt and hoodie. MAYBE then I’ll change my opinion and come back. Until then GGG is just another company who turned into corporate scammers. |
