Cannot access the some maps as no line connected to it

there are a few maps in the water biome, i have no way to access to it as there is no dotted line connected to them. Is there a way to fix this?

Same over here but im completely Isolatet, got about 20 maps left and no Tower would help me get further because of Cutoffs
