Plague Harvester revive all time

Hi! I'm doing a map and casually found a "Minion" or something that is reviving after I kill it; just 1 second after it's killed, it revives again, full of life and attacks me again, I?ve been clearing the map so there is no other foe that is reviving him or something, just spawns again after falling to the floor.

Plague harvester Minion is the name of the foe.
