support team not checking the mails repsond

support team not checking the mails repsond response and solutiouns tookmore than 2 weeks if you guys cant catchup then hire people for it nobody can understand multimillion company cant even response the tickets and not figure out example my account locked and still waiting response from 19.01.2025 its been almost 2 weeks and no response
