You got no Support for weeks or months? File a complaint

Do you also have your account locked for weeks with no communication or GGG owes you money for a refund or didnt sent the physical goodies to you?
You feel scammed? File a complaint here directly at the NZ government site: https://www.companiesoffice.govt.nz/about-us/our-enforcement-approach/make-a-complaint/ (If the link gets removed simply google for "file a complaint new zealand company") Its been 60+ days for many many people without getting support. They dont care about you as individual. But luckily there are pretty good laws for customers in NZ so the only thing that will help is either filing alot of complaints st the gov or stop spending money for ggg.
