Items bugged and cant equip

I disconnected due to some random reason, and when I logged back in my helmet and bow that I was using are unable to be equipped to my character. The bow also doesn't account for the gem that reduces the requirements for an item and turns into an intelligence requirement. My helm only requires 71 intelligence and my character has 94. Very strange please fix this issue.
