Game Crash in Trial of Sekhemas

I've created a new character and did the Trial of Sekhemas. When I'm on the final boss, it always crashes. I've asked some help from someone to kill the boss, and still my game is still crashing. The quest is now finished, but I cannot get to ascendancy NPC since my game is crashing. Can someone help me out?
