Game Crashes when loading in with Character

Hello, I made a new character and teleported to Freythorn where the game crashed while loading into the zone. Upon trying to relaunch and re-enter the game is continually crashing.

Current Behavior
Given that I'm on my Witch Character YamiYume When I try to launch her from character select Then I enter the Freythorn loading screen and the game crashes

Expected Behavior
Given that I'm on my Witch Character YamiYume When I try to launch her from character select Then I enter the Freythorn loading screen and enter the zone successfully
