Got charged shipping for T-shirt for Vaal supporter pack but got 160 points instead

i upgraded because i wanted the t-shirt, i did not opt for the 160 points.

it asked my my shipping address and charged me 6 dollars and change for shipping, however i got 160 points anyway, so i paid shipping for nothing and cannot get a hold of support.

i really wanted the shirt but whatever, the points are fine. i just want to be compensated for the shipping i was charged when the item i payed shipping for was not fulfilled.
