Friend gifted me supporter pack, but i can't redeem it because the game is already in my library

My friend wanted to get me the lord of ogham supporter pack for my birthday, so I could get the cosmetics and points to but stash tabs, but when I try to redeem it on steam, it says its already in my library. Is there any way I can redeem this and get the upgrade?
