PoE2 Crash on Character load

PoE 2 crashes my entire PC when I attempt to load my second character.

This character is at the start of Act 2. I haven't had this issue until today.

The crash happens after I select the button to launch the character into the game. The computer rapidly and progressively responds slower and slower, memory leak?
My mouse moves incredibly slowly and with 1-2s latency, jittering around.
Any attempt to ALT+F4, close the windows, or CTRL + SHFT + ESC to open a task manager fails. CTRL + ALT + DEL freezes the whole system.

In Event Viewer, I have a few errors:

9:09:21 PM
The l1vhlwf service failed to start due to the following error:
A hypervisor feature is not available to the user.

9:11:05 PM
The server Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter did not register with DCOM within the required timeout.

9:12:35 PM
The previous system shutdown at 9:09:21 PM on ‎1/‎30/‎2025 was unexpected.

9:12:29 PM
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

A quick Google reveals that the l1vh1wf service is related to Hyper-V, but I am not running a hypervisor or any VM on my gaming PC.
