Crossplay diabled. Cannot enable.

A few days ago playing Jen Bowzer some weird things happened. I could not view all the atlas map that I had cleared, I jump from area to area. All my friends on my friends list were gone. I see my brother and his friend in my guild online, but I cannot talk to them. I see in the options menu that "disable crossplay' is checked. I cannot uncheck it. I believe this is the whole problem.
