Chaos test no item and no subclass skill add to me

bug report at Chaos test
I got problem when I was killed Boss and message up "finished test" then I got poison and my character has died. After I respawn but quest didn't finish and no item no subclass skill add to me and can't enter Chaos test again too. HELP ME PLS ! THANKS Last bumped on Jan 31, 2025, 3:09:58 AM

" You need to click on the altar of ascendancy in the reward room. But since you technically completed the trial, the quest item is gone. Now you need inscribed ultimatum (random drop) to try again. Last edited by seaman#4993 on Jan 31, 2025, 3:10:49 AM
