Not able to open the map device in endgame after SSF to standard league transfer

Hello,

I have transferred my SSF character to the standard league on Jan 28th and since then I am not able to access the map device in the endgame.
The tag "map device" does not appear at all and I cannot clieck on it.
I am totally stuck.

Could you review if this is a bug ?

This is for POE2, not sure why the link provided by support referes to POE1.
