Got no confirmation for hoodie

Hey I recently got the Thaumaturge of the Vaal to Warlord of the Karui pack and they charged me for shipping and everything but they didnt send a confirmation email like comfirming im getting it. do they just not let you know right away or something? or did I get scammed lmao

You will get no response for WEEKS, I've been waiting almost 2 months for a response/confirmation of physical goods and its been radio silence. Friends raved about how good how ethical GGG is. My first experience is absolutely my last. This company treats $500 paying customers like garbage. I'll never spend a dollar more on this company.
