Still haven't received the physical Items

It has been over 2 months since I purchased the Liberator of Wraeclast support packet. I paid 480$ plus an additional 80$ for Shipping and have not received anything not even Information. A month ago I contacted Support and asked about it and received 1 Mail asking for further Information. After providing that immediatly, I haven't heard since over a month.

Every post here just gets the Copy Pasta standard response telling them that support is currently handling a lot of tickets. This response is also being send since over a month. When will you start to prioritize already paying customers? I have seen people complaining that haven't received an answer from support since 2 month which basically means you're still dealing with tickets from the EA Release 2 month ago or are just lying about it and ghosting us.

At some point I have to take legal action and try to get my money back. I actually wouldn't have that much of an issue waiting 2 month if you could just respont to my request that I made via mail and confirm that you are processing the order, have send the items or whatever. This would literally take no longer then 5 min.

So here is what I am going to do. I'm going to give you 14 more days to provide me with Information about the status of the shipping. If I do not receive any Information then I'm starting to file complaints with the Commerce Commission of New Zealand and the Swiss Federal Consumer Protection Office. Maybe that will finally make you process some Support Requests of paying customers

I don't care for your copy pasta respone. You have 14 days to process my ticket request that I have send over a month ago. Then I will start to take legal actions
Have you found anything out? I am in a similar situation, bought the $480 support pack over a month ago and havent received anything nor have i been given any updates on where my package is at. I sent support an email asking whats going on and they then gave me a list of information that i needed to provide them with, after doing so i have not heard from them at all.
I'm in the same situation. They asked for my information and havent replied back. I dont mind if it takes awhile to get my items just acknowledge that you recieved my order and are processing it. Even give me tracking number for when it ships.
