Path of Exile 2 - Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack

i have purchase Path of Exile 2 - Path of Exile 2 Early Access Supporter Pack on Jan 12th
and it has been a little over more than 2 weeks and still have not received the tracking code for the package nor the package to arrive to my house.
So i'm wondering did someone stole it or just have not been ready at all.
