Unable to purchase DLC with physical goods - I'm getting no response via e-mail

Hi,

I'm trying to purchase the Warlords of karui supporter pack. But I'm having issues with the shipping/physical goods. There is an issue when I try to enter the shipping details ingame. And get the following info when I try to purchase on you website: "You can not receive physical goods for this pack as you are upgrading from a package you have previously opted out of physical goods for. To receive physical goods remove the upgrade or contact support."

It's been about 1,5 months since I contacted your support. It's been more than a month since the last response, and I'm still unable to make the purchase.

How do I remove the upgrade as mentioned in the text above?

Hi again,

Just noticed "King of the Faridun Supporter Pack (No Physical)" for the upgrade.
Do you have to press "buy" for the pack to get physical goods? Am I not paying for the previous upgrade twice then? Or is the additional 100$ for the "buy" option just for the physical goods?
