Trying to get help unlinking steam

I made a post asking about help with this 9 days ago https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3704807/page/1#p25893380 as well as sent an email to support and have yet to hear back about anything. Can I just get an update to how long I should expect to wait?

Hey. Send an email on January 9th. They reply and ask for a nickname and a character name. Since then...radio silence.
