Account unblocked after Hack or provide any info?? (Happened 11Jan)

Helllo exiles!
At first i need to say that im angry (sorry for myself :D)
I will explain my case here becouse zero reply to email's (maybe this big community will help to maybe get some info)

I was playing in the morninng trading etc, the i take some nap lets say for 2hr. Logging back in to the poe account and full account was clear zero items 3 characteres geared pretty decent (Temporalis very good rare gear in total).
My account wasn't hacked through passworrd hack anyway i changed it.
Emailed instsantly after this GGG Support in like 10-20min i get reply back that my account get blocked fro security reasons (giving me time to changed password to POE and account linked to it (done instantly). When changed everty password i reply to GGG for account unblock (in their email they said it),. We got end of January still didn't get any email back or information about how things going. This is taking so long im aware (they forget about me? Or that many cases like this???).

they have ur money already, they dont care anymore
